Second Week! Here we are! Work on this project is being pretty fun!

This mash-up happened at ramdom. I had jsut downloaded Tohoshinki’s last single, BREAK OUT! and I was playing with the instrumental and then I put BoA’s BUMP BUMP! acapella and iy matched perfectly!

I worked on the mash-up and the MV the whole day, and I’m pretty satisfied with the result!

Hey I’m back! First of All, this doesn’t makes part of my “12 Weeks Project”.

I was thinking that It would be very bad if I have to wait until the end of the 12 Weeks Project to post one shots mash-ups, but I decided to post while I’m working on the 12W Project!

Well, I was watching Kumi’s “Ai No Uta” MV and I was willing to embrace her (or at least give an umbrella to her)

So I decided that I wanted to do a mash-up featuring Ai No Uta!

Experimenting some samples, Utada Hikaru’s Hikari matched perfectly! So this is the result!

~~~~~ Week 01 ~~~~~

First Week! Now we really started! Ironically the name of the mash-up of this week is “Can We Get Started”, well, Can We Go Back was released in the beginning of the year showing a strong Koda Kumi on the music video.

This project is based on her 12 singles so nothing more fair than starting with her!

I was thinking a lot about which music I would use with CWGB and Let’s Get Started showed up in my mind suddenly.

In the beginning, I tried to do a Kumi only mash-up but in the end I added BEP vocals.

Yay!!! Here’s the official opening for my 12 Weeks!
First of all, yeah the idea came from Koda Kumi. Her 12 Weeks are so unique and great that I thought “Why can’t I make my own 12 Weeks?” So I challenged myself and here are we!
My 12 Weeks will feature many asian artists and I hope you guys like it!!!
About the video, well I used Utada Hikaru’s “Gentle Beast Interlude” and “Beautiful World” from her HEART STATION album. Hikki don’t dance so I had to use some dancing videos.
I started with Wonder Girls’ So Hot and after that f(x)’s La Cha Ta. Oh yeah, there are some Ayumi on it too.
